FirstService Residential is seeking a Director of Learning & Enablement (West Region) to design and execute sustainable training and onboarding across markets. The role prioritizes adult-learning principles, scalable learning journeys, and collaboration with operational leaders.

The position requires travel within the West Region and partners with multiple departments to drive adoption of enterprise initiatives. Base compensation ranges from $120K to $130K plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational leadership, communications, operations, education, adult learning, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in training, learning & development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership or team leadership experience, including oversight of distributed teams.
• At least 5 years designing and delivering role-based or audience-specific training across multiple teams/markets.
• Experience implementing modern learning methodologies, learning technologies, or blended learning solutions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute West Region operational training and onboarding strategy aligned with regional priorities.
• Create scalable, role-based and vertical-specific learning journeys for multiple business lines.
• Champion learning innovation using adult-learning best practices and modern delivery.
• Design learning in the flow of work with microlearning, blended formats, job aids and just-in-time support.
• Lead development and delivery of training on systems, processes, SOPs, policies and tools.
• Oversee onboarding standards across the West Region and accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Coordinate SMEs and partners to ensure consistent content and delivery.
• Manage learning materials, facilitator guides, SOPs, playbooks and resources.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
