Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Director of Learning & Enablement (West) to shape regional training strategy, onboarding, and adoption of enterprise initiatives. You will lead modern, scalable learning journeys for diverse business lines, partnering with operations and functional teams to ensure readiness and performance.

The role requires travel across the West Region and leadership of a small team, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning-in-the-flow-of-work strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational leadership, communications, operations, education, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in training, learning & development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years people-leadership experience; multi-market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute West Region operational training and onboarding strategy.
• Design modern, role-based and vertical-specific learning journeys.
• Lead learning innovation using adult-learning best practices and new delivery methods.
• Oversee onboarding standards and role-readiness across markets.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and ensure timely education.
