Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Director of Learning & Enablement (West Region) to design and execute strategic training across the West. The role drives modern, role-based learning journeys and learning-in-the-flow-of-work approaches to accelerate readiness and performance.

The position requires travel across the West Region and oversight of operational training, onboarding, and enablement initiatives, with collaboration across operations and functional departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 5 years in training/learning and development or related field.
• Experience leading distributed teams across regions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and modern learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute West Region operational training and onboarding strategy.
• Design role-based and vertical-specific learning journeys for multiple business lines.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across regions.
• Oversee onboarding standards and time-to-productivity for new associates.
• Lead and coach a regional enablement team to deliver training and knowledge resources.
