Job summary

eBacon is a FinTech/HCM platform designed for construction and government contractors to navigate Davis-Bacon compliance. We are hiring a hunter for new logo acquisition across the West, with full ownership of the sales cycle from outreach to contract.

You will prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close deals up to $100K ARR, with strong marketing support and an uncapped commission structure. This remote role offers a competitive base and performance-based upside.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment you can speak to specifically.
• Comfort selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range -- you know how to build a business case and handle price objections without apologizing for the number
• Outbound-first mindset.
• Strong discovery instincts. You ask before you pitch.
• HR and payroll operations in the construction space isn't something most people know, but that's a challenge that you're willing to take on.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract across a defined West region territory.
• Prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close -- with support from marketing and a tight internal team, but without anyone doing the hard part for you.
• Achieve quota and contribute to a growing pipeline with uncapped commissions.
