Job summary

Desort, a growing recruitment firm, is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition nationwide. This remote, commission-only role rewards relentless prospecting and relationship-building with business owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

You’ll conduct high-volume outbound outreach, identify decision-makers, and craft compelling messages via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in building a new client base and generating revenue.
• Ability to identify and reach decision-makers in target industries.
• Proven track record in high-volume outreach and conversion to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach the right hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to introduce Desort.
• Develop new client relationships from the ground up and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up persistently to turn prospects into clients.
