eBacon is seeking a Sales Development Representative to work remotely in the United States. You will manage contractor leads in HubSpot, perform high-volume calling and emailing, and book meetings for regional account executives.

The role emphasizes reaching a high meeting target weekly and learning certified payroll concepts. Base pay is $22.50/hr with uncapped commissions, plus benefits and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound phone sales or other high-volume phone work.
• Comfort with 100+ calls per day and handling rejection professionally.
• Clear, confident writing for follow-up emails.
• HubSpot or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a dedicated database of construction contractors and contact them by phone and email to identify leads.
• Schedule qualified appointments for AEs across multiple states, aiming for ten meetings per week.
• Learn to articulate certified payroll and Davis-Bacon compliance concepts.
