Job summary

eBacon is seeking a driven outbound sales professional to join our remote team. You will prospect a dedicated database of outbound leads via HubSpot CRM to qualify and generate opportunities, and you will set appointments for our regional sales teams across multiple states.

The role offers a base hourly wage of $22.50 with uncapped commission, semi-monthly bonuses, 6% 401(k) match, 15 days PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, & life benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of outbound, phone-based sales experience.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM management, HubSpot preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a dedicated database of outbound leads via HubSpot CRM to qualify and generate opportunities.
• Generate quality opportunities and set appointments for regional sales teams across multiple states.
• Contribute to year-over-year revenue growth with strong closing and follow-up.
