Average deals are $10K–$100K ARR; you’ll build pipeline with marketing support and close independently.

Base $70,000 with uncapped commissions. Year 1 OTE $85K–$95K; Year 2 $150K–$250K; Year 3+ $250K+. Remote-USA. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment you can speak to specifically.
• Comfort selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range; build a business case and handle price objections.
• Outbound-first mindset and strong discovery instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract across the West region territory.
• Prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close with marketing support and internal team.
