Job summary

The Eaton ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Regional Sales Lead for the West Region. The role is based remotely within the Western U.S. and requires travel up to 50% to engage with customers and partners.

You will leverage Eaton’s enterprise resources to drive specifications and grow sales of Exertherm continuous thermal monitoring products, working with distributors and end users, integration into proposals, and supporting a national expansion strategy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and grow sales of Exertherm products by driving specifications and solutions to Eaton’s benefit at specifying and procurement levels within the West Region.
• Integrate Eaton Exertherm product solutions into plans and RFPs for end users and consultants, with a focus on expanding national reach.
• Develop new product applications, provide technical support, and assist in executing a comprehensive product/capabilities expansion strategy on a national scale.
• Define opportunities with product lines, develop product requirements and a commercialization plan with engineering input.
• Train Sales Teams, Distributors, and end users in the West region to ensure successful adoption and deployment.
