• Coordinate and grow sales of Exertherm products by driving specifications in the West Region.
• Develop product applications, provide technical support, and assist with nationwide expansion strategy.
• Lead integration of Eaton specifications into targeted projects and end users per the strategic roadmap.
• Train sales teams, distributors, and end users in the West region.
• Convert customer needs into engineering specifications.
