Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field service experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; regular driving responsibilities.
• Reside within 50 miles of Kennewick, WA; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, field service manpower, engineering and sales support for the district.
• Prepare job plans, budgets, schedules, and personnel requirements; manage the district backlog.
• Develop short-term financial forecasts and implement the annual profit plan; estimate proposals.
• Provide technical support for Field Service Reps and Operations Coordinators; report on work and warranty liabilities.
• Maintain service equipment and inventory; build relationships with customers and coordinate with plants and vendors.
