Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative. This remote position offers up to 50% travel with a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and PPE provided. The role includes extensive field service across the power system lifecycle and requires strong problem solving and project leadership.

Salary range is $84,000–$123,000 per year. Company provides initial 3-4 weeks of training and ongoing support for a successful career with Eaton.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems
• Driver license and clean MVR as per company policy
• Must reside within 50-mile radius of Morrisville, NC; no relocation offered

Aufgaben

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, emergencies
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners
• Mentor less experienced technicians
• Utilize digital tools for remote work (laptops, tablets, MS Teams)
