Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative. This remote role requires up to 50% travel with a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and PPE provided.

You’ll work on electrical equipment projects, deliver technical solutions to customers, and perform complex engineering tasks that may involve testing, design studies, or product evaluation. Opportunities across 32 service branches are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of electrical or mechanical experience, or trade school plus 5+ years in servicing electrical systems.
• No immigration sponsorship offered; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa plans are not supported.
• Residence within 75 miles of Lewiston, ME; relocation not offered.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned electrical equipment projects and deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments including testing, materials analysis, and design studies.
• Display proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting, protective relays, power quality measurements.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work performed and product performance.
• Collaborate with team members across service branches and ensure safety standards.
