Pericom Semiconductor Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the West region. This role is critical for managing key accounts, developing strategic plans, and driving business growth through strong leadership and relationship building.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales with a BS degree, possessing exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills. The position requires regular travel within the region for effective sales support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with account and territory management.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• BSEE degree and semiconductor or technical sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of Pericom product lines in West geographic area.
• Develop strategic plans and annual budget for area.
• Work with Manufacturer’s Sales Representatives to drive business.
• Manage local Distribution and drive demand creation.
• Develop Territory and Key Customer plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Supervise Territory FAE team and direct support requirements.
• Requires regular travel within Region (30-50%).
