Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales, field marketing, commercial marketing, product marketing, field applications, or related experience in life sciences.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with account-based marketing, digital campaigns, and business analytics preferred.

• Own the West Region field activation plan, priorities, and activation calendar.
• Identify priority territories, customer segments, named accounts, and whitespace opportunities.
• Translate go-to-market strategies into targeted territory programs and account-level actions.
• Allocate field marketing resources based on account, territory, and pipeline insights.
• Lead local activation for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
• Coordinate events, launches, and ABM activities with sales and marketing teams.
• Enable sales with messaging, playbooks, and content for customer engagements.
• Capture frontline insights to inform regional planning and business reviews.
