BD is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the US West Region, based in San Diego. You will drive demand generation, field activation, and ABM programs across research customers, collaborating with Sales, Regional Product Marketing, and Operations.

You’ll translate GTM strategies into local territory plans, lead events and launches, and enable Sales with messaging and tools while tracking program performance and ROI. Occasional travel within the West Region is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales, field marketing, or related commercial experience in life sciences.
• Experience partnering with Sales to execute territory, account, campaigns, events, or launches.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the West Region field activation plan aligned with marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Translate go-to-market strategies into targeted territory programs and account-level actions.
• Lead local activation and campaigns to generate demand and advance pipeline.
• Coordinate events, launches, and account-based marketing in priority territories.
• Enable Sales with messaging, playbooks, and content for customer engagements.
• Monitor program performance and adjust plans based on data and feedback.
