Waters Corporation is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the US East region to drive demand across research customer segments, including academic, biopharma, and government accounts. You will translate GTM strategies into local programs, partner with Sales, and lead events, ABM initiatives, and pipeline acceleration with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Leader, you will optimize field activation plans, measure performance, and provide market feedback to shape

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, field applications, or related commercial roles in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of life sciences research customers, laboratory workflows, and commercial buying processes.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead East Region field activation planning and calendar aligned with marketing strategies.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration through local programs, events, and ABM initiatives.
• Coordinate events, launches, and account-based marketing with Sales and Regional Product Marketing.
• Measure program outcomes, ROI, and adjust plans based on insights.
• Enable Sales with messaging, playbooks, and content for customer engagements.
