Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division (Construction). You will lead lean initiatives and performance improvements across multiple states, driving cost leadership and margin enhancement within AMAT operations.

The role also involves capability building, training, and coaching teams to apply performance fundamentals. Travel about 50% within the western United States is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in aggregates, leading teams and delivering progressive results.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Proven ability to influence at all levels and to develop relationships cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including diagnosis, on-site review and prioritization.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product quality.
• Optimize operations to meet sales demand cost-effectively and maximize margin.
