The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial sales, at least 5 in a leadership role, strong CRM and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in Sales within Industrial channel with at least 5 years in People Leader capacity.
• Ability to travel within the United States at least 50% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations within your assigned region and implement tailored strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with broader company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing field sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key distribution and end-user customers and industry groups.
• Analyze sales data and report metrics to senior management.
