Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team remotely near Los Angeles, CA with up to 60% travel. You’ll lead regional activities, drive sales growth, and strengthen dealer relationships across SBD brands.

You’ll develop strategic plans, use Salesforce, BW, and Microsoft Office, and coordinate marketing programs. A 4-year degree and 3 years’ sales experience in industrial products are preferred. Travel in-state and out-of-state expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding IT business systems BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel in-state and out-of-state; focus in Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Responsible for region’s sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans leveraging marketing programs, field resources, product training, and events.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and dealers; drive sell-through across brands.
