Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Government Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the government vertical from remote locations, with field-based duties in Seattle, WA or Jacksonville, FL. You will own the sales cycle, build deep relationships with FED/SLED end users and distributors, and lead strategic programs to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related fields.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales or Marketing focused in the Construction and Industrial channels, and government vertical.
• Prior Sales management and key account experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key government accounts.
• Lead the sales cycle, including forecasting, proposals and promotions.
• Coordinate field programs with National Accounts and regional teams.
• Travel to meet customers and support distributors as needed.
