Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership in environmental consulting with growth responsibilities.
• Proven success in winning large, complex environmental engagements.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in priority segments.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the West Environment industrial market.
• Originate and advance strategic accounts and pursue opportunities from positioning to award.
• Set the West industrial growth plan with actionable pipelines.
• Integrate AECOM’s capabilities to deliver differentiated environmental solutions.
• Lead executive workshops and serve as sponsor for strategic accounts.
• Coach teams on client-value messaging and executive engagement.
• Prioritize events to improve access and convert participation into opportunities.
• Manage cross-practice teams to win multi-site environmental work.
