Zusammenfassung

AECOM is seeking a Vice President, Industrial Market Sector Lead for the West Environment business line. This senior leader will drive the industrial market agenda, originate strategic accounts, and act as CAM to build a sustainable pipeline across site investigation, remediation, PFAS, and related environmental services.

The ideal candidate will mobilize cross-practice teams around client priorities, shape opportunities, and position AECOM to win multi-site engagements.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
12 years of experience with 4 years leadership in environmental consulting growth.
Proven success in winning large, complex environmental engagements.
Established relationships with senior decision-makers in priority segments.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence matrixed teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Set and execute the West industrial growth strategy.
Lead cross-practice teams aligned to client priorities.
Represent AECOM with executive stakeholders and run strategic workshops.
