This senior leader will drive the industrial market agenda, serving as a senior seller and CAM to build a sustained pipeline across site investigation, remediation, PFAS, and related environmental services.

The ideal candidate will mobilize cross-practice teams around client priorities, shape opportunities, and position AECOM to win complex, multi-site environmental work with strong relationships

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field required.
• 12 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency, including 4 years in leadership in environmental consulting with growth responsibilities.
• Proven success in winning large, complex environmental engagements.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in priority segments.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence matrixed teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.
