Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service/ retail leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of banking operations experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, coaching, developing and retaining branch staff.
• Onboard and train new employees for operational excellence.
• Develop and execute branch business plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage staffing, HR processes and documentation for the branch.
• Coach staff and promote teamwork and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead sales and service initiatives and address member escalations end-to-end.
• Monitor branch metrics and drive a culture of high performance.
