Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service/ retail leadership role
• Minimum 3 years of banking operations experience

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven results in sales, service and operations including meeting or exceeding set objectives
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold staff accountable

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch teams to achieve sales, service and operational goals
• Onboard and train new employees
• Promote MCU values and align branch activities with corporate strategy
• Develop and implement branch business plans to meet goals while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing, performance reviews, and HR processes for the branch
• Collaborate with Retail and other departments to improve member service and branch operations
• Handle member escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Monitor branch operations for risk, audits, and adherence to policies
• Drive branch sales through service culture and proactive member outreach
• Ensure high-quality member service and regulatory compliance
