Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of recruitment experience required
• 7+ years in Recruiting/Human Resources management required
• Strong leadership and corporate experience required
• Excellent communication and analytical skills required
• Experience with CRM, social media, and job boards preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools required
• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment required

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding teams regionally
• Support 14 hospitals across West Florida Market
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and metrics
• Collaborate with HR Strategic Services and leadership
• Monitor regulatory compliance in interview and selection processes
• Coach and develop team members to meet goals
• Report on recruiting metrics and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners
