AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to collaborate with hiring managers, manage requisitions, and optimize headcount and recruitment processes across the facility. The role focuses on data-driven hiring and close partnerships with nursing education teams to build the local healthcare workforce.

Responsibilities include liaising with Talent Acquisition for events, evaluating candidates, and expediting applicants while ensuring alignment with patient care needs.

Qualificações

• RN license and required certifications.
• Experience in healthcare sourcing, recruitment, or recruitment marketing is preferred.
• 3+ hospital experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with hiring managers to reconcile FTEs, open requisitions, and budgeted headcount.
• Guides front line leaders in opening requisitions and obtaining approvals.
• Maintains and analyzes data and metrics to identify trends and hiring recommendations.
• Builds relationships with schools, faculty and students to promote local healthcare workforce.
• Partners with Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition for planning and executing hiring events.
• Uses Workforce Demand Dashboard for workforce planning.
• Acts as liaison for recruiters with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and fill vacancies.
• Reviews daily applicant reports and expedites candidates in process.
