Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a strategic leader to head Talent Acquisition, directing nationwide recruiting initiatives and building best-in-class processes. You will guide workforce planning, partner with HR and business leaders, and ensure effective use of recruitment tools and data.

The role requires senior-level experience in healthcare recruitment, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality talent across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in recruitment, healthcare preferred.
• 7+ years of managerial experience overseeing high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team and drive strategic development of recruiting processes.
• Analyze and optimize current TA processes and benchmarking across the company.
• Plan workforce strategy including in-source/outsource models for nationwide coverage.
• Partner with HR, Leadership Institute and cross-functional leaders to elevate campus recruiting.
• Ensure TA technology and tools support effective sourcing, screening, and preboarding.
• Monitor open positions and drive top-quartile results using benchmark data.
