Job summary

Mead & Hunt is seeking an experienced leader to helm the Southeast One Water team on Florida's West Coast, based in Tampa. You will guide local project teams and set strategic growth while staying involved in technical work as EOR and mentor. This role advances client service with municipal water and wastewater projects.

The candidate will manage resources, champion execution excellence, and partner with the Southeast Leadership Team to grow the business and staff capabilities in a thriving firm.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in civil or environmental engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Municipal water/wastewater or related project experience with supervisory background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Coast Florida One Water team and serve as local department face.
• Oversee project execution, staff development and operational performance.
• Set strategic direction and growth for the region’s department.
• Mentor staff, perform QA/QC, and lead project teams on municipal water projects.
