Job summary

Mead & Hunt is seeking a Marketing Manager for our One Water marketing team in Tampa. The role leads strategic marketing efforts, mentors staff, and partners with Market Leaders on annual plans and budgets to win new work.

Strong candidate will drive proposals and coordinate with graphics and communications to advance One Water initiatives. The ideal candidate brings at least five years in professional services marketing, supervisory experience, and comfort with proposal management, GIS tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, journalism, communications, marketing, English, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the professional services industry.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and managing marketing staff.
• Working with Market Leaders on annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with other group Marketing Managers to share best practices.
• Collaborate with graphics and communications teams to achieve One Water goals.
• Coordinate staff training and development within the department.
• Develop and monitor annual business plan including budgets, win-rate targets, and team growth.
• Oversee proposal development and interviews for competitive pursuits; ensure quality control.
• Support corporate initiatives to develop best practices in marketing and BD.
• Prioritize resources to meet business needs; provide guidance as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by the One Water group leader.
