Job summary

Mead & Hunt is seeking a Senior Technical Leader & Client Manager to drive growth in water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility infrastructure services in Southwest Florida. You will manage client relationships, lead project delivery as PM and EOR, and mentor engineers while expanding Mead & Hunt's regional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil, environmental or related engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
• At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal, utility, and private-sector clients to identify opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage and deliver engineering projects from planning through design and construction support while meeting scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) and provide technical oversight and quality assurance for project deliverables.
• Lead business development efforts, including client visits, networking, strategic pursuit planning, and proposal development.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting technical excellence and client-focused service.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients, ensuring consistent communication and responsiveness to client needs.
