Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth in the water treatment sector within the Industrial Water Treatment market. You will balance support for existing strategic accounts with new business development, using data-driven insights to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead plan development, manage pricing and AR, and leverage your extensive experience to advance long-term relationships with customers while traveling across the West

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or science field.
• 10+ years in water treatment, preferably in the Industrial market.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of profitable long-term customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams.
• Excellent data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel up the West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and applications in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales plans for new opportunities with ROI documentation.
• Maintain an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.
• Manage profitability of accounts including pricing and AR.
• Review territory processes for safety improvements.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and retention, plus growth of new business.
