Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain account plans; identify goals, opportunities and risks.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and service.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers; manage inquiries and needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to accurate sales forecasts with inventory and order data.
• Oversee end-to-end order process and ensure PO requirements are met.
• Maintain Salesforce records to support pipeline visibility and reporting.
