Job summary

Standard Textile Co., Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Manager, Corporate Accounts (Finance) to manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and provide a superior customer experience while achieving financial targets.

You will collaborate with Hospitality and Long Term Care clients, oversee projects, track progress, and negotiate contracts. Travel as needed; bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, Salesforce experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of distribution sales experience and 3+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in textile products or healthcare & hospitality industry preferred.
• Experience with healthcare & hospitality clients and purchasing agents.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships by ensuring client's needs are met.
• Partner with Hospitality and Long Term Care clients to understand goals and objectives.
• Manage client accounts by overseeing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Identify new opportunities for growth in existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and project management to ensure client needs are met.
• Develop proactive sales plans based on emerging market trends.
• Present KPIs to clients and senior leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Acts as a role model for One Standard Behaviors.
• Deliver budgeted revenue for each account at targeted margins, comprised of recurring revenue plus incremental new business.

The Manager, Corporate Accounts is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts and providing a superior customer experience which engenders mutual trust and respect while achieving financial targets for both protecting the base business and growing incremental sales profitably.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and nurturing client relationships by ensuring client's needs are met
• Partner with Hospitality and Long Term Care clients to understand goals and objectives
