Clariant Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and nurture strategic customer relationships within the Personal and Home Care division of the Care Chemicals business unit. The role is remote with a preference for candidates on the West Coast, offering responsibility for expanding share of wallet and shaping long-term loyalty.

You will collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into growth strategies, manage contracts and pricing, and ensure a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience.
• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple touchpoints.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen customer relationships to increase satisfaction and retention.
• Expand share of wallet and deliver year-over-year growth through targeted strategies.
• Lead contracts, pricing, and overdue management to improve profitability.
• Identify churn risks and execute retention plans.
• Maintain a high-quality CRM pipeline to support growth targets.
• Deliver accurate forecasts to enable planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Business Development to scout opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
