Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a West Coast Account Manager to grow our customer base across California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and neighboring states. You will identify customer needs, build strong relationships with composite fabricators, and drive new account development.

Travel is 30–40% (up to 50% at times). The role requires collaboration with fellow sales professionals during training and strong presentation skills, along with proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce and Teams to support sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry or Engineering preferred.
Minimum 5+ years in Sales, Technical and/or Management.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build business relationships across the organization.
Fundamental understanding of the composites industry and related processes.
In-depth knowledge of selling processes, company policies, and plant capabilities.
Experience with Sales planning and forecast modeling.
Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills; proficient with Excel and SAP.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Travel up to 30–40% (up to 50% depending on location) to engage customers.
Partner with other Sales Reps/Managers during training to ensure consistency.
Develop and grow relationships with composite fabricators across CA, OR, WA, NV and adjacent states.
