Job summary

CarCutter is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth on the West Coast USA. You will build and manage relationships with major dealership groups and automotive marketplaces, identify client needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate, and close deals that boost regional revenue.

You will lead end-to-end sales, collaborating with onboarding, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and a strong upsell pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful sales or key account management in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealerships, DMS/IMS, CRM providers, and automotive marketplaces.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage strategic accounts.
• Results-oriented with a track record of overperformance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategic business expansion in the West Coast market.
• Identify and engage strategic prospects including dealership groups and automotive marketplaces.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and upsell.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, product, and marketing to ensure a superior customer journey.
