LumaLabs AI is seeking a West Coast Sales Manager to lead our West Coast presence and shape how we bring frontier creative AI technology to the world\'s top brands and agencies.

You will own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, building a 5+ person Account Executive team and a robust West Coast pipeline. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to refine go-to-market motions and scale the regional sales engine.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years in sales management
• Deep West Coast advertising/brand/agency network
• Builder with player-coach mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments
• Based in LA or SF areas or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic West Coast accounts.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of 5+ Account Executives.
• Pioneer and manage a robust advertiser/agency pipeline.
• Translate AI tools into clear ROI for marketing and creative teams.
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine go-to-market motions.
• Influence and scale the West Coast sales engine and playbooks.
