You will own the full sales cycle, hire and mentor a 5+ person AE team, and translate frontier AI capabilities into clear ROI for marketing and creative teams.

With 8+ years of sales experience and 3+ years in management, you will leverage a deep East Coast network to accelerate growth in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of quota attainment in creative/marketing tools, MarTech, or media.
• 3+ years of sales management experience, including hiring, onboarding, and leading professionals.
• Deep network within East Coast advertising, brand, and agency circles with an active decision-maker Rolodex.
• Builder with a player-coach mindset, able to close deals today and scale a team.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
• Based in the NYC metro area or willing to relocate to join the East Coast team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic East Coast accounts from prospecting to closing high-impact deals.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of 5+ Account Executives with day-to-day coaching.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of advertiser and agency accounts; convert ambiguity into partnerships.
• Translate advanced AI tools into tangible ROI for marketing, brand, and creative teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to refine go-to-market motions.
• Scale the East Coast sales engine by refining foundational playbooks for regional growth.
