Job summary

Decospan is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the North American market, focusing on California/West Coast. You will represent panel brands to distributors and mill workers, build strong partnerships, and translate strategy into actionable programs.

A field role with a remote home office, requiring frequent travel and reporting to the VP of Operations & Sales North America. You will expand the customer base, optimize route-to-market, and apply your technical knowledge to advise

Qualifications

Experience in panels or wood veneer is a strong asset.
Experience with distributors and mill workers is preferred.
Travel frequently within the region and to HQ for training.

Responsibilities

Represent Decospan brands to existing and new distributors and mill workers.
Build long-term relationships and increase customer satisfaction through visits and product presentations.
Identify and develop opportunities within the California/West Coast area.
Define and optimize route-to-market to strengthen regional presence.
Use technical knowledge to support and advise customers.
Follow up on requests, quotations, orders, and deliveries with accuracy and ownership.
Report insights and market feedback in a structured way aligned with strategy.
