Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking a National A&D Market Manager to lead relationships with architects, designers and industry influencers. Remote sales – must reside in the San Francisco or Seattle area and travel throughout the PacNW and Northern California to promote Caesarstone products and solutions.

You will develop opportunities, present product knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams from concept to completion, aligning with project budgets and design timelines while staying current on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalency in experience.
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Proven B2B sales experience with architectural or design industries.
• Strong understanding of architectural/interior design concepts, materials and trends.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations and edit written materials.
• Travel willingness with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship building with architects, interior designers and firms.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in architecture and design.
• Present and inspire designers through product knowledge meetings and CEUs.
• Collaborate with New Development team through project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project opportunity pipeline to meet KPIs.
• Understand product offerings and articulate benefits for projects.
• Consultative selling and provide customized proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and logistics.
• Attend industry events and report sales activities and forecasts.
