Element Designs is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Western United States and manage independent reps. The role focuses on expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and executing regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a strong network in woodworking, and the ability to travel ~50% while working remotely from Arizona.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting/exceeding regional sales targets.
• Strong network in woodworking community (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the Western U.S.
• Manage and grow relationships with cabinet shops, OEMs, dealers, architects, designers, and builders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential and commercial markets.
• Lead, coach, and support independent reps in the region.
• Travel regularly to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support partner activities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align on initiatives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure brand consistency and high standards of customer experience across touchpoints.
• Performance evaluated quarterly against strategic objectives.
