Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking a National A&D Market Manager to drive brand leadership with architects, designers, and design influencers. This remote sales role requires residency in the San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle and the ability to travel across the PacNW and Northern California.

You will cultivate relationships, present tailored Caesarstone solutions, and grow opportunities from concept through completion, coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in selling to architects and designers.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
• Able to travel and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects and design firms.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in A&D sectors.
• Present Caesarstone products through CEUs, events, and meetings.
• Collaborate with the New Development team through project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain a project opportunity pipeline with KPIs.
• Provide product expertise and tailored proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
