Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking an influential A&D Market Manager to drive sales growth by engaging architects and designers across the San Francisco and Seattle regions. You will present Caesarstone products, develop project opportunities, and lead design-focused activities from CEUs to events.

The role requires deep product knowledge, consultative selling, and strong collaboration with internal teams. Travel within PacNW and NorCal is expected; remote work supported with weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales in architecture, design, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of architectural/design concepts and trends.
• Ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the architecture and design sector.
• Present, educate, and inspire designers about Caesarstone products through meetings and events.
• Develop and maintain project opportunity pipeline with KPIs and regional targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams across design, production, and logistics for project execution.
• Attend industry events and represent Caesarstone to expand professional network.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
