Job summary

Instagrid is seeking a senior sales leader to drive North American growth from the West Coast. You will spend most of your time in the field with customers, building a scalable direct and partner sales motion, and shaping a repeatable process from first order through Customer Success.

The role requires 10+ years in B2B sales, a proven track record selling hardware with software services, and the energy to operate in demanding industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales with scale experience and a proven track record partnering with customers
• Led sales organizations for innovative hardware with layered software services
• Seller-first mentality with ability to close and expand strategic accounts
• Experience using AI and data tooling to run a sales organization
• At-home in demanding physical industries and willing to travel across North America

Responsibilities

• Sell first, then systematize. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field with customers, proving the conversion motion and turning it into a repeatable North American playbook
• Prove the true market size with discipline by expanding existing accounts and winning early adopters
• Codify a playbook per channel and customer type that a first-year rep can turn into a 7-digit revenue stream
• Build and lead the team by hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent across the account journey
• Stand up the North American partner program with channel mix and sponsor strategic accounts
• Run the region on data from day one using Salesforce as the single source of truth and AI-driven indicators
• Other duties as assigned
