Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, focusing on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecommunications, and industrial automation. You will lead new business development, manage OEMs, VARs, and system integrators, and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to tailor solutions for key accounts.

A strong network and 8+ years in high-power power supplies are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry, focusing on open frame and server power solutions.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users with established relationships.
• In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and to be based on the West Coast (Bay Area preferred).

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies with target accounts.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: leverage OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand the customer base.
• Industry Expertise: advise clients with deep knowledge of high-power power supplies.
• Market Intelligence: monitor trends to inform product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Reporting and Forecasting: provide regular updates on pipeline and market trends.
