Job summary

Instagrid, a hardware-software platform for portable power, seeks a senior North America sales leader to drive a repeatable motion from field to scale. You will own end-to-end deals, build the team, and define channel strategy with direct and partner sales.

Based on the West Coast with California reach, you will travel across North America, engage early adopters in construction, energy, and security, and shape a data-driven sales organization using Salesforce and AI insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales with experience scaling revenue from scratch to the high double-digit range
• 5+ years leading sales organizations for innovative hardware with layered software services
• Experience in construction, energy, utilities or similar industries
• Based on the West Coast with same-day reach to California customers
• Willingness to travel across North American markets

Responsibilities

• Sell first, then systematize in North America with field-led execution
• Expand accounts and win early adopters in select trades
• Codify channel and customer playbooks for scalable revenue
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team across direct and partner channels
• Run North American region with data-driven insights and Salesforce-based metrics
