Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecom, and industrial automation, with a hybrid Bay Area base.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in strategic sales, a proven OEM/VAR network, and the ability to lead initiatives, forecast accurately, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in sales within the high-power power supply industry, focusing on open frame and server power solutions.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users with existing relationships.
• In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies across data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Leverage relationships with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to grow the customer base.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to tailor solutions.
• Provide regular reporting on sales progress and market trends.
