Job summary

Visa Lighting, a leading lighting brand in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the assigned territory. You will lead independent agencies, build relationships with architects and designers, and deliver accurate forecasts and strategic insights to leadership.

The role requires strong sales leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in lighting sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years in the lighting industry or related field.
• Experience leading regional sales management teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activity for the assigned region and meet annual targets.
• Develop annual business plans for each sales agency and monitor progress.
• Lead agency partnerships with architects, designers, and specifiers to grow market share.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews with agencies and leadership on pipeline and opportunities.
• Represent Visa Lighting at industry events and provide technical product support.
